Terms of Service

BirrSchool ("the platform") is operated by Birr Tech as part of the EduConnect product family. These terms govern your use of the directory, school websites, and consoles.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. School owners are responsible for the accuracy of their published content and the legality of operating in their jurisdiction.

2. Content

Schools retain ownership of their content. BirrSchool may remove content that violates the law or these terms. Reviews must be honest and respectful.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled per the plan terms communicated at purchase.

4. Liability

The platform is provided as-is. Birr Tech is not liable for disputes between families and schools.
